The IMS comprises teams of inspectors dedicated to managing and delivering a series of reports and an online database. They also have the ability to integrate the data with the customers ERP systems.

This service, which provides quality controls of the produce upon arrival to destination, is designed to tackle the main problems affecting a successful export management by means of quality inspections at arrival, thermographs recovery, cold stores reinspections and repacking supervision.
Decofrut works with quality control teams in each office and executives who are responsible for each account and who are in permanent contact with the client.
Reports are delivered through the internet by means of sophisticated software that summarizes inspection results, thermograph measurements and digital photographs in a very flexible manner. Also, there is a database that enables statistical analysis and graphic creation during the fruit season.
